Stress Less!
Teen JFS Program 2023

Jewish Family Service has put together an exciting program for teens in grades 8-12! 
It will take place on Sunday, February 5, 2023, and will be held at Akiva from 9:15-12:00.

We will begin with a presentation on some of the stressors and social health issues that teens are facing today.  You will then attend 3 of the 5 following Stress Relief Stations to learn real techniques you can use in daily life.
