Yom Kippur Youth Programs

The Temple’s Youth Programs are held simultaneously with our Rosh Hashanah Morning Service, 10:15-12:30 pm and Yom Kippur Morning Service, 10:15-12:30 pm.  These programs are open to all Temple children, kindergarten through 6th grade.  

For safety and security purposes, online registration is required.  Space is limited.  

Drop off begins 30 minutes before the service and pick up is at the conclusion of the service.

$20 per child includes a talented staff, creative programming, and snacks.  

Children will be grouped by age/grade and will participate in interactive, age-appropriate creative experiences for the High Holy Days.

Some activities will include:

  • Sing songs

  • Create arts and crafts projects

  • Taste some delicious foods

  • Hear the sound of the shofar

  • Experience the themes of the High Holy Days through prayer

  • Learn new rituals from around the Jewish world

  • Explore issues such as self-improvement, living according to Jewish values, repentance, and reflection
