SHHHH… It’s a Surprise!
Dear Mazel Tones Families – Both Current & Alumni,
We are excited to share with you a project we are working on as a surprise for Cantor Fishbein’s and we need your help! On March 4, 2022, we will be celebrating Cantor’s 10th Anniversary at The Temple with a special service filled with music and memories!
SHHH… This part is a surprise!
At this Shabbat Service, we will be sharing highlights of Cantor Fishbein’s time at the Temple including her amazing work with the children in the youth choir! We are working with Dennis Scott and others to create a video that compiles the voices of the Mazel Tones – past and present – into a choir that spans the years!
Using the magic of technology, we are asking for you to record two tracks to two different songs that will then be engineered into a very special presentation.
To keep this as easy as possible, we’ve selected two songs that are straight forward- one new to you and one that should be familiar! All you need to do is listen to the songs, practice and then record your tracks. We have instructions and everything ready to go. All you need to do is say ‘yes’ and sign up for a recording slot!
